Hey there mates. I have gone to the dark side. I have purchased a WR250R.
Like the fabulous NoBrakes, I will continue to hang out(lerk) and contribute if I can. I have meet great peeps here, so don't hesitate to PM me if you want info from old post. You can also find me at ADVRider.
PS. 12miles on the clock, 85 mph and had to back off due to traffic. [sm=Awwww.gif]

I was looking for the next step up. The KLX is under sprung for my girth. With the 331 and Muzzy I'm going def, and my wife doesn't want me put put too many miles on the bikes, so I can sell them easier. Marriage is about compromise. lol
The SMURF is sprung like a real dirt bike, and dude, fuel injection. No more jetting, and the computer adjusts the size of the exhaust pipe(flow) as needed. Too efin' cool. It also comes with my preferred Bridgestone 301/302 tires.
Ok, I'm getting a puffy.

congrats on that bike. it's a sweet bike indeed. but I'm with you, I don't know why they didn't install a tach too. oh well, the DRZSM didn't have one and I managed. When the handlebars start vibrating, you just shift.
