I can't find it. Is it the same as a KLX 300? It should be i think. Cheers!

 

The klx300 rotor will fit but you will have to drill the mounting holes out. The 250s uses 2mm larger diameter bolts than the 300. I don't think there is a direct bolt on rotor for the 250s. If you find on that fits a late model kdx200(95-06) it should already have the larger holes in it. Someone on here drilled out one of the rotors and it didn't seem like that big of a deal.

 

Yeah, that was "KLXer." He drilled the holes out, then drilled a countersink at the top of each hole. The then used countersunk head screws for mounting the rotor. The caliper relocation bracket is a direct bolt-on.

Do a search for a thread called 'let's see your rotors.'

I just got an email this week from EBC here it is.

William,

Finally got an answer form EBC Brakes UK, and we now have a number for the stock size / OD Contour EBC Replacement Rotor MD6240C !

We will have a 320mm Super Moto Kit Made, new part number will be SM6240C however, it will be 90 day's or so before this kit ( ie; th Caliper Relocation Bracket ) will be designed & manufactured.

Wait a few weeks or you could use the 300 KLX and drill them out, it's up to you?
