They are just way too dim. Also looking for a good tail light set up as mine is cracked. Some have mentioned the edge tail light but I'm not sure if it would work for me or not because a portion of my rear fender is cracked.

 

I think some guys here have switched out bulbs to HID or something. Search around. I got the Trail Tech X2 halogen which is a very nice improvement over stock but I'm not sure it leaves enough room for the stock instrument panel X2 Motorcycle Headlight at Trail Tech Home

 

That's fine because I need to replace the stock analog instrument panel that I have. I want to replace it with the trail tech vapor panel if possible.

 

+1 on the vapor computer. It works great with the X2 headlight.

I see that you have an 06 as well Would you mind PMing me your email address or some way that we can more efficiently communicate because I hate to clog up the forums and since you have an 06 it would be nice not to have to wonder if the answers I find in the forums are only for a certain year.

Just get a 55/100 watt H4 bulb. Job done for less that $10. Philips are a reliable brand.
