Me sorry to stock or non-stock big bucks- not a popular bike. You will be lucky to get a shroud under $100. If it's only in 2 pieces there are a lot of car body work guys that repair plastics of all kinds. Ask yer mates.

Why does Kawasaki rape us for $100 for each shroud that on most other bikes costs much less? It's a Kawasaki KLX, not a BMW KLX !!!

Only OEM shrouds are available for the KLX 250s. I broke my shroud too, and sort of fixed it. https://www.kawasakiforums.com/forum...ad.php?t=26911 Some folks drill holes along each side of the break and use zip ties to "stitch" it together. I don't think you'll ever see aftermarket parts for the 06-07. No money in making stuff for a model that was really only manufactured 2 yrs. Maybe if they don't update the 09's styling for a few years the aftermarket guys will make stuff for them.

Maybe we can work around this problem. I've also searched high and low for 06 shrouds and nothing..... Acerbis sells other pairs for $40 or so. How about seeing if a klx 110, 250f, klx400, or other would work acceptably w\ some trimming and\or heating and bending? Polisprt makes some, too. I'm willing to order some and give it a shot. Tell me what you think. $100 a pop is BS. Later!

The ole frankenstein stitch fix... I know it well

It doesn't hurt the eyes only when the zip ties are close to the same color as the plastic... and yer 30' away.
