Long winded over heating question....stumped..WTF????

I warned you it was long
No, it's only spit up a bit once...but then again, I haven't pushed it since that ride also..
When I squeeze the rad hose at temp with bike running, it's very pliable... I can literally squish the hose together with 2 fingers... This seems strange to me, as far as I can recall there is more pressure than that, at least enough to prevent fully closing the hose.
If the system is not pressurizing, that would be the cap, correct?

The rad hose should feel like a plump kielbasa when the bike is up to temp-if it feels mushy then it's possible that the rad cap isn't sealing and won't allow the system to pressurize. The system needs to be pressurized to prevent the coolant from reaching its boiling point-make sure that this is correct. Check the rubber gasket surface on the cap and also see that the neck in the rad is free of any defects in the sealing surface for the cap gasket.

Check your radiator hoses are fitted correctly. The 2 on the right side will fit & look correct in the WRONG configuration. Easily done if not paying attention!
Please correct me if i'm wrong but when Bikeland featured it's 331 motard conversion they got the hoses reversed! The only reason i know this (not because i'm geekishly observant) is a Kawasaki dealer mechanic fitted my red silicon hoses wrongly & my bike ran very hot for a month until this error was spotted, which was really annoying.
Just a thought!
