ya, 7/8 kx bend and i love them. bent the stockers in a week, bent msr steels in less than that, cant seam to bend the pro tapers even with way harder falls.

Nice photos je2000, although if you ever take a fall on the right side you'll be sorry you didn't remove the mirror. The master cylinder is expensive to replace and riding with only the rear brake is no fun.

Eh...it's been fine on all my right side falls. The way it's angled I'd have to fall into a bunch of branches or have the bike go upside down to even get to the mirror. It's a good suggestion though. I do angle it in or take it off on the really gnarly rides.

I noticed on another recent post of an 09 that the left hand mirror point is part of the clutch perch, (different from the 07) another potential area for grief. Solo mirror mounts are the way go. Losing the master cylinder or clutch perch can be a real PITA 100km from home. Just my boy scout POV.

Sure I'll go off 2 feet ledges and steep rocky uphills, but you won't find me in a swamp like that!!!
