Leaky Front Fork Seal

Leaky Front Fork Seal
My front brake side fork seal is slowly leaking oil. After every ride, I check the tube and can see a small amount of oil running down collecting up near the front brake.
I tried running a thin piece of plastic under the seal a few times to free up any dirt/debris that might be causing the seal to leak but it is still leaking.
Should I replace the seals? Is this hard to do/ expensive?

I think it was easier to change seals on my KLRs over the KLX fork. The USD design of the KLX fork requires an extra special tool or two. I made my own tools for the job, but it's a bit of a PITA working on the KLX fork IMO. When it comes to a rebuild, I'd rather work on the rear shock, as I find it simpler.
