Last question on 13t sprocket (I promise)

RE: Last question on 13t sprocket (I promise)
I found that only the stock sprocket required an impact gun to remove the first time. I have swapped back and forth a few times using nothing but a 1/2 drive and socket to remove the countershaft nut.

What do you torque the countershaft nut to and did you use a new washer. Do you bend the washer on all ends like it was originally or on just one end?? Do you seperate the chain or just give it enough slack to swap?

Idon't use a torque wrench. I just snug it up nice and tight without monstering in on. I do use a new keeper washer each time and bend it over on just one side (that's how mine was stock). I do pull the master link on the chain which is no big deal. You'll end up having to adjust the chain when moving from one size to the other.
