You should thank Patrick (plameau) he has been on clark since he bought his bike. I have been talking to him very specifically on alot of issues. They made the tank to his specs, he asked for as much capacity as possible, and keeping all the stock parts. They made it exactly how he wanted them to...He said he even gets the first two made, he actually has 2 KLX's... I got the inside scoop on some other parts too..

That's great news! Too bad Clark doesn't have a waiting list...I'd be on it already. All I need is about .5 gal more than we have right now to make-up for what I know will be less gas mileage due to mods.Don't need the 3.2gal..the gas stations are close together in JA.

Good to know we have someone withsome hp fighting the brave fight for some decent KLX after market goodies.[8D]

Thank you Patrick, we are waiting to see what you have instructed Clarke to put into production.

What about the stock gas cap? Will it move over to the Clarke tank? I'm guessing it won't since I suspect that the Clarke tank is plastic.

It doesn't really matter to me whether it does or not, I'm just curious. I'm just wanting a bigger tank for increased range.
