Kustom Kraft big bore kit?

Kustom Kraft big bore kit?
Anyone hear some feedback on this one?
330 c.c.
Send them a cylinder. They bore & plate it for a 83 mm piston, and return it with all the pieces for a drop in install. $460
I think I prefer a plated bore to a liner, as the Bill Blue kit is. Longevity & ease of replate are the primary reasons, but I may be nitpicking here.
Here's the info. -http://kustom-kraft.com/klx300bb.html

Had my KK for a few months and I love it. BB351 did not work out for me (don't give up your original piston/cyl!!!).
FYI your engine is running lean with a 124 main jet + no lid unless you're riding at high altitudes. Probably don't need that big pilot jet either.
Searching the forum for jetting will give you lots of great guidance.

Yeah, Eric, I know we've talked before but you ARE showing DJ124/3N, lidless, at sea level, on your sig line - I know you're jetting for much higher elevations - the elevations you like to ride at..
Also you have reported a stumble when you put in the DJ132 and that should not have happened - not at all.. You should be able to use 132-138 at 3N (lidless) with nothing but increasing power on each bump up.. Leading up to best power levels with DJ140/2N.. (FYI: He is lidless, MCM, KLX300 exhaust, at/near Sea Level.)

Well, I currently have a 128 main jet in there. The 38 pilot has not really shown much difference in how the bike runs, so 35 will probable go back in some time.
I'll be riding in the Mendo Nat forest in a couple weeks, so we'll see how it works at altitude.

I put a cyclepro 331 plated kit in my klx and have been happy with it. IIRC cost was about $200 less KK kit. i believe it was the same price as B&B's 331 lined kit at the time ~2 years ago FWIW.
