finding shorter springs was a complete headf##k down here. I was getting stock KLX300 ones and cutting them down before, with mixed results as getting spring rate spot on was hard.

BUT - just found that www.teknikracing.com (in Sydney) do a 415mm long spring 37.7mm OD in rates up to 0.50 kg/mm that fit perfect (installed yesterday). Specs are on website.. Service was really good too, as they had heaps of stock and got them next day after ordering... about $210 delivered by courier.

 

Yeah, Teknik are good. The other option is Shock Treatment (Terry Hay) who is on the outskirts of Sydney. If he doesn't have the exact right size you want in stock right away, he'll happily sort the right spring out for you. I was really impressed with his work - just wish I had gone with the Gold Valves at the same time as the springs
