There is a 1999 KLX 300 for sale locally and it has me thinking. How many of the parts are interchangeable with a 2006 KLX 250? Are the suspension components the same? Wheels interchangeable? Could I swap jugs to add 50cc to my 250?

 

Yes, the 300 cylinder will bolt right on to your KLX250. The '99 300 has basically the same suspension comonents also...USD forks, etc.
