I've been running the 150K main jet.. can I go bigger? 155K or even bigger? Fmf q4, lidless. I would have never thought to go this big on jets.

No, as said earlier, not with that N1TC needle. A K152 is as large as you should go due to larger jets overfueling of the midrange. If you go with larger main jets, the bike will run just fine (and even sound more powerful), but you will lose power and mileage - just as I did with a DJ150 main jet. My bike sounded mo-bettah, seemed to run mo-bettah, but the dyno chart proved otherwise. The persuasiveness of a great dyno-butt test is nearly impossible to resist - I seriously considered leaving the DJ150 main jet in my bike despite the Dyno testing results !

Dyno-butts are NOT useful for creating best-performing fueling curves - at best, a dyno-butt can only produce a "good running" fuel curve.

Removing the airbox lid creates a radical change in the way the CVK operates internally. This is why the large main jets are a necessity. For instance, if our CVK's had an adjustable/replaceable Main Air Jet, the need for large main jets would be lessened as we would be installing smaller MAJ's as part of the lidless setups - but this is not the case and we are stuck with a huge MAJ feeding too much air to the emulsion tube when lidless, and forcing us to install large main jets in order to create a proper AFR in the emulsion tube.

Point being, if your not running lidless, you cannot run my lidless CVK setups - severe overfueling would occur.

You are almost "maxed out" on power with your current setup. A small bump to a K152 is all you need at this point.
Your next big power increase is with the MCM or with a PowerBomb or MegaBomb header - or both the MCM and a header.

Just adding a header will create high RPM power. 6500 rpm - redline. BUT, you would need the needle in the DJ2206 kit along with a DJ144 / K158 main jet. The N1TC you have now would overfuel the midrange with the larger main jet.

With your current setup ( using that N1TC needle ), and with a K152 main jet, the MCM can be added - with great results.
