i agree that the klx 300 header and can is the way to go...I have that set up on my bike and have yet to get pulled over and I have cracked the throttle in front of the city cops and also our local DEC officers...it gives the bike a nice throaty sound without making your ears ring afterward. But then again i have lost about 1/4 of my hearing over the years...
