Default KLX300 exhaust

Does anyone know where one can be obtained? I am hoping for a stock muffler and any header.

Thank you

Keep an eye on ebay. I just picked up a brand new 300 exhaust and header for $80 (delivered). Much happier with this than the 250 exhaust. Just watch that you get both pieces (exhaust and header) though because they are cut to different lengths individually (same total length and layout though when combined)

+1 for Ebay. I didn't get the end cap (butt plug) with mine.

Hate to necro the thread, but does anyone know what years of the KLX300 exhaust will fit the 250S?

I got a 2007 and am interested in replacing the powerbomb header and 2Bros exhaust...

From what I've found so far ... any year KLX300 so long as you get BOTH header & pipe.

Anyone please correct me if I'm wrong!

You'll also need a new header/cylinder gasket, new header/pipe gasket and possibly the header/pipe clamp - local shop or various internet sources (Ron Ayers, MotoSport.).

Double check that the setup you're buying includes heat shield on the header pipe. I saw one on Ebay that didn't have it (for some reason?). Just one more item you'll won't have to buy.

It's not "critical" ... if you're the type that never crashes, or a manly-man who doesn't blink twice as your flesh is searing .

I still have the OEM Exhaust so I'm hoping that I can re-use the heat shield if it doesn't come with the KLX300 header. As for the rest of the parts, I think I'll hop over to the TT Store and order them.
