Default klx250sf vs Yamaha R6 on the Mindoro cut!

What a fun day I had! I live in Wisconsin, right near the Mindoro Cut (just google it, too amazing to type about right now, about 8-10 turns up, about 10 turns down the bluff) with the engine broken in, we went out for a ride. I now realize that the bike is under powered, but the handling MORE THAN made up for it. I for sure couldn't keep up approaching the summit (obviously) the climb and descent were a different story. He had quite a large lead, by halfway up, gap was closed, on the descent, was just an easy stroll, I have no doubt I easily could have passed multiple times, but its all double yellow. He definitely was not impressed that the kawi did so well at . We turn around and he let's me lead. Cought up to a dude on an INSANELY loud harley. Gave him a beep beep and he took off, hung right with him (easily) while giggling about him foot peg scraping every other turn. 100% sure I bought the right bike for me. It just feels illegal. And the weird thing is I never broke the speed limit lol!!! I can't wait to mod it.

cool. I googled it, and watched a couple videos. I bet a lot of people head over there to play on the twisties. Looks like it would be easy to go off the edge.

An R6 should spank your bike any where any time with an equal rider aboard, a Harley on the other hand can be beaten by a moped in the twisties.

Lol that's what I was thinking. I've only got ~500 miles of riding experience, and this is my first bike, he's got close to 5000, and 2 years more experience. I'll have
To get a go-pro.
