Default klx250sf air filter, exhaust, and jet kit?

Hey guys,
Right now I have my bike torn down a little bit and figuring out what I want to do to it. It appears that the air filter is somewhat dirty, is there any aftermarket filters that are better than stock? Or should I just run a new stock filter?
Also looking at a slip on exhaust, I really like the FMF Q4 after all my research because I do commute a lot on main roads and don't want it to be too loud. If anyone has the Q4 how do you like it?
Also for jetting the carb, I'm looking at the DynoJet kit 2182.

Any suggestions on where to shop and what I am interested in?

Your air filter question is similar to a question about oil or fuel in that it'll likely bring many passionate but conflicting answers. I have a Uni and I am satisfied with the price, performance, intake noise, quality, and reusability of it.

Cut out the wire mesh and get a flame retardent filter (Twin Air).

I've got the Q4 on my 09sf, noise level is pretty good.

If you're going to do mainly street riding I'd go with a K&N filter. I have a Q4 and like it. I'd also consider removing or replacing the snorkel for more air flow. If you do these things you will need to rejet.

thanks for the advice guys, definitely going to get the Q4, but does it make any issue with the directional? I saw a kit to remove the rear fender and relocate the directional lights but wasn't sure if it was necessary with the Q4 pipe.
I will be looking into the k&n filter, dj kit and possibly the kdx snorkel. Don't think I will do the megabomb at this point yet. My shopping list is adding up quick right now haha

The Q4 will bolt on. It's not a perfect fit, but if you play with it you'll get it to work. Just make sure it's loose until you get it set, you don't want it to bind. Oh ya, and use lots of sealant and let it set for 24-hours before firing it up. I had an exhaust leak and had to redo mine because I didn't follow the directions.

Alright thanks man, so I won't need to relocate the directional lights?

Ya, you probably will or have to buy smaller ones. There's a thread on here somewhere with what I replaced mine with.
