Only if he actually weighed 200 lbs, and the scales were accurate, and he stood equally on both feet. If the scales were accurate, and he stood unequally, the sum total would read 200 lbs.

Same if there were 4 scales and he was on his hands and knees on the scales...the sum total would be 200 lbs.

Or, if he stood on two and put one hand on a third. Etc, ad nauseum.

what if he is on a pogo stick bouncing around between 7 scales with a spider monkey on his back ???

Come on, that's just silly. He would slip on the banana peels dropped by the monkey before we could get a reading.

I'm trying to trade my KLX for a DRZ... the extra weight is reasonable for the power tradeoff.

lot of scales have 400 lbs limit...can you simply zero (or, subtract the 2x4 weight) a long piece of 2x4 in the center....put it on the scale and roll the bike on the 2x4 and weigh it this way on one scale?....
