Can someone check this doc. It looks like it's missing a lot of entries, mine included. There seems to be big gaps in the row numbering with entries missing.

Got it. It looks like there was a filter on that was hiding a lot of info. After turning it off I could see everything again.

That is a great resource! I am very happy to see people's different setups. It sheds a lot of light on certain things and consolidates all the information. Very well done.
