take a look at that...I have a 130 main jet in my 2006 with stofk exhaust with a hole drilled in it and it runs strong, so i'm under the impression that an exact jet size is not necessary, just need to be close to the optimum size. Didnt your jet kit come with suggestions?

Go for the biggest. I suspect #132. See how she runs. Richer is always better than leaner. With a full pipe and filter at sea level you should run a "decent" size up from stock. I'm running #138 main and #38 pilot at sea level to 1000 feet. Runs great.

Yes!
If you're at sea level then I'd up the pilot jet to a #38 with the #132 main jet. Under $5 for a Keihin #38 pilot jet.

When my bike had the 250 and the FMF Q4/Header, foam filter, lid removed - my jetting was #128 main, stock pilot, DJ needle at 4th clip I believe, and like 2-2.5 turns on the fuel screw.

But when I tore it down the piston and valves had excessive carbon buildup so maybe even that was too much. Ran great though!

hmm ok... and to much carbon = too much fuel too less air?

and your 128 main jet comme in the dj kit?

So if i try the same setup as you, i will make carbon in my cylinder? You live at wich altitude?
