Looks good now!
I love how this bike can tractor along at low RPM without much complaining. For a small (rather weak, when stock) 250, it does really well!
Nice to see another BC rider on the forums too Wish I could live and ride on the island, looks like unlimited riding year round.

That's kind of like what riding in the east is like too. On the clearer stuff it's more about roots, ruts, and rocks in the ground. Not so much having the trees that tight, although they can be. But still eastern Ohio trails can be tight and can be rough, although there are groomed open trails in the national forest and where there are ATV/4x4s running, then it's just crazy deep ruts full of water. In addition the tightness of those trails was what it was like riding in the sand in Michigan last year where I broke my ankle tipping over. Instead of logs and brush, deep wheel grabbing sand...
Speaking of which, I have to give you credit going up to the 5+ minute mark before tipping.
You should post this in the ADVrider forum under the thread "690 my a$$!" since it seems the solution to everyone's off road needs all too frequently ends up with at least one agent orange affected member claiming the 690 is the solution, regardless of the needs. They don't have a clue. Now a 350...
