Default Klx250 dyno jet stage 1 & 2---$49.60 hurry!!!!

I was looking for a jet kit for my klx 250 and i found this site..Its the cheapest place that i found. $49.60 for Stage 1 & 2 --2009-2010

This kit is no good for '06 and '07 models right?

Yes, Sorry. Just for 2009-2010 models.

Not true. The kit will work on the earlier 07/06 models. It's just IMO the kit #2206 for the KLX300R is better. Available at JC Motors too, same price too.

Why is the KLX300r better if we have the 250?

Different needle with more aggressive taper allowing more fuel. The KLX was designed as a competition bike originally and the 300R needle suits this application. The 09 and later 250 models are somewhat softened versions of the 07 and earlier models. The newer DJ kit caters for this market.

FWIW, I'm positive the needle in the 250S kit for the newer 09 on models isn't too different from the stock needle. Why waste you money? Get the 300R kit.

The full kit is the same or just the needle?

All the jets in the kits are the same, the needle is the different item, and the needle is the key item.

+1 on the 2206 DJ kit. I put it in my 09 and it made a big difference.
