KLX250 2010 FI light flashing when pushing start button
Hello everyone
We have klx250 2010 and we checked everything!
When the switch is opened, the ecu checks the throttle valve and so on, and there is no error, and the fi light goes off.
When pushing start button fuel pump active , motor cranking and the fi light flashing and motor can't be run.
we don't any inject & Sparks! The fuel solenoid valve and the whole ignition system are ok
The ecu commands the fuel pump to turn on, but does not command the fuel injection and ignition.
We thought the Ecu must have broken down. We bought a new Ecu and again the engine did not run and everything was the same as before.!
One point, the engine ecu did not have a specification label and we could not find the ecu 2010 and we bought an ecu for the 2015 engine for it.
Is there anyone who is professional and guides us?
best regards

- In self diagnosis mode we don't have any problems.
- Voltage and wiring of ecu is ok
- main & sub throttle sensor is ok
- Carnkshaft sensor ohm is 240.and we have wave form of signal when starting(in osiloscop)
- Vehicle-down Sensor is work correctly
- Fuel Pump Relay ok

How new is your battery?
When you hit the starter, it loads the battery, your voltage could be dropping too low. The battery can test fine unloaded, hit it with a load and it goes flat. Put a VOM on it while you hit the starter.
That's all I got, I run a carb..

Thanks for the reply. The battery voltage level is good. The battery is fully charged. We even used a car battery instead of the battery. When starting, the voltage is not less than 10 volts. We opened the plastic cover of the ECU and measured the voltage directly from ECU pins.
