Thumbs up KLX 331 Big Bore Kit for sale.

Check out the big bore kit that's for sale on Thumper Talk. It's a bored and plated cyclinder with a JE piston kit and Cometic gaskets. The plating comes with a one year warranty!

Sorry, no 351 kits. BUT I am in the process of developing a big bore and stroker kit. I'm shooting for a total of 390 cc. It will a few months before all of the R&D is done and perfected. Lower case modofications will be needed.

I had a big bore stroker kit in a 250 Honda and it made it a tractor. I'd love to do the same to the KLX.

I just got done with my BB KK330 kit today along with a TM36-68, I also installed some new intake valves and ported and polished the head. WOW does it sound crisp when you start it, a more forceful kick is definetly required to start especially the first time.

I get to go ride it tomorrow! Yipppeee!

would you use the same connecting rod?, if so would a cylinder spacer or a shorter piston be used to correct the geomtry? How long are these rods anyway?

Sorry, but I'm not releasing any of that info until all of the R&D is complete.
