Sounds like you know what your decision is then. I would highly recommend not going with the KTM 390 ADV as the weight is significantly higher and the suspension travel is going to be limiting for single track usage. That's really a road bike in disguise.

My buddy is going from a 690 to the Honda 450 in a week or so.
