I ordered from Krieger and he got it here right away - thanks Mark! Now just waiting on a set of stickers which he said would be on the way. My KLX hasn't made any noise yet, but the problem sounds quite pervasive and keeping the chain tensioned 'just right' makes sense. Looking to install it here soon...

 

After taking the top off to do a big bore, I now understand better what is going on with the cam chain tightener. I have one of the wonderful Krieger Manual tensioners, and I think I have it adjusted perfectly right now. It clicks when cold, and not when warm. Couldn't be happier with the product, and the result!

 

Ya i dont think anyone here know my bike its a real rare piece of crap that i seriously regret buying but am now stuck with. Its a Megelli 250M (motard). It has been making a knocking sound only at low rpm and only when the engine is hot. Started even before i reached 1000km
