On a quick look that looks like a DRZ400. Cylinder and headpipe shield look quite familiar.

Tell us more.l

Nope, its not a 400.
It sure looks like a re-badged KLX250.
That should be no great surprise as Kawasaki did re-badge the DRZ400.
Suzuki and Kawasaki shared a few models for a while and came very close to merging around 2004.
It didn't happen and I don't think there are any models that are released under both brands.

That's the Suzuki 'SB250' (rebadged D-Tracker) that was sold here in Japan -I'm not sure where else - until Suzuki and Kawi parted ways. The dirt version was the 'DRZ250'

Well that's a good way to kill the resale value for sure. Just add a Suzuki sticker.

Now that is TOO funny. When did Kawi riders get the license to look down their collective probisci at anyone on a Suzy-Q? I missed that memo and thought the only people who could be snooty (not counting the HD crowd) rode red or blue bikes.

Just messin' with ya man. Personal preference makes the world go 'round. When I first saw that picture my first thought was that the frame is identical to my '07. Probably because it is.
