I know I've seen some that come frames for the rear of the bike. Can't remember the brand, but the looked cool. Anyone here remember the brand?
Wolfman Expedition bags are a tuff choice. Good write ups down here in Oz.

Japan has some pannier/rack extensions that mate to the frame. The Dirt-Bagz seem to be the best option and at ~$250 are probably the most cost effective option for most of us.

I just added the SHAD 37liter box to my wife's KLX (09 model).

Mounts right up, looks great... and can pop right off without tools if you want to hit some tougher trails.

I have the 42Liter box on my KLR650. Both work great and really improve the daily "usability" of the bikes.

Heres mine Givi, I can put 3-4 bags of groceries in this thing and comes off with one push of a button.

Does that Givi over stress the rear fender and rack? Being rated for only 5 pounds makes me a little nervous about putting any real weight there.
