Glad you were able to get the jetting sorted out. It is an essential part of Marcelinos cam mod.

Not yet. Guess i will do that tomorrow if I have time. Rode it some more today. Rides like a real dirt bike now. 0 to 60 in under 5 seconds.

I did the screen, removed the airbox and split the halves and the screen/air filter mount drops out. Makes it easier to remove the screen and make sure you don't leave any loose bits of wire. Be prepared to play with jetting again as well. The mods never seem to end.

I just did this tonight while my bike is parked for the next few weeks. Here is a pic. It's really difficult to get all of the little wire shards off the plastic. What did you do to remove them? I shaved everything with a razor blade.

I plucked them off with a needle nose pliers, a bit more work but no worries about a wire going into the motor and bending a valve or worse. You didn't do this before your head grenades did you?

Yeah I did but I did it with the backfire screen left in the air box. I made sure to shop vac the air box out after shaving the screen too. I figured while I have the bike parked that i would go ahead and do it the right way to prevent the possibility of future problems.

A razor knife works well to make a clean job of removing the screen.

This mod was on fire earlier. Wonder if the results were satisfactory for everyone who did this cam retiming, and if the 25% hp gain was as described...

Don't expect to get 25% gain with this mod. It has already been stated SO MANY times that the dyno charts posted are from the OP's bike that, besides this mod, also has a modified exhaust and airbox lid off. The gain wasn't just from this mod.
Also, his bike has FI compared to the carb model that is sold in the US.
