Sent you an e mail regarding 330 piston/barrel. What mileage is on the 330 kit?
Any one on the forum want to advise on feasability of fitting a used 330 kit. What would you recommend changing, besides gaskets?Rings? Circlip?

Hi Graham, I sent you a message. I changed the piston myself and it was pretty straightforward so I can advise you if you want. Yes the kit did come with a new gasket for the cylinder so I think that is what you will need to get additionally. The cylinder is barely used and I will post a picture when I have it off the bike.

The postage rate if to the states so you can compare or evaluate total cost is $12 for each of the first 5 kg and $9 for every additional kg thereafter.

Anyway do not worry too much as any reasonable offer is going to be accepted

Here is a picture of the speedo, gas tank, and right hand side radiator.
There must be a few of you who have laid the bike on the side and need some new radiators? I replaced some radiators on my Husky and they are mega expensive. The ones I took off were well squashed lol.

How much for the two throttle cables. They should fit in a $5 flat rate usps box.

Yeah rgoers, it is not worth the hassle to steal this bike. Thy must have been pretty dumb because as you can see they hardly took anything of value, but they did manage to ruin it. It did have a fmf core and dynojet on it though, but you have to sell this to someone else who has a klx250. Very much doubt if there are that many here. Anyway in Cyprus, legal system is ****e so they would just get a fine and prob minimal jail time if any.

Also have a Reikon handlebar which is black and is a lot stronger and lighter than the stock one. If anyone is interested. Its as good as a renthal.
2nds on the rear wheel. If it falls through let me know. I will take it.

I have never heard of a KLX250 being stolen in the U.S. I don't think they're worth enough here for theives to risk the jail time.

I am pretty much basing all the prices around what I have spent on my husky. So lets say 10 bucks as I bought a throttle cable for 25 quid new.
$15 in total then assuming that I can put it in an envelope and post it for less than a few euro. Message me on my email aclear@gmail.com to confirm it mate.

Also let me send you a picture and length as my bike was fuel injected and yours must be using a carburettor. If you know that they use the same throttle cable than it will be okay.

Thanks.

if you still have the key and both lock tumblers, that is worth more than the gas tank....i know because somebody broke my lock on my gas tank trying to open it...insurance paid me about $300 for new keys and lock tumbler for ignition and gas tank ($50 was for labor)
