Kenda 760's - Track Master II
I got my Kenda Track Master II's mounted and thought I'd share a pic or three. I've only taken it out for a quick test spin so I have no other results to report, other than the tread is very aggressive and they are not as rough on the road as I expected. Haven't been off-road with them yet.
Edit: bummer, pics no longer hosted

Brian,
They look nice.
Given the wide spacing between the tread blocks I would think they would be good in soft sand. Might not be the best tyre on loam or hard pack gravel though?
I'll be interested to see what you think.

That is an illusion, the bike is not clean. The bike is covered with mud from a great adventure ride. Your eyes decieve you. These aren't the droids you're looking for. Move along.

Noice, that Track M looks real agressive, any chance we'll get a soft sand report.
I think I'm in the market for some tires.

Sully, how much of your riding is on pavement? How well do they handle the pavement? With those wide spaces and tall lugs it seems to me like they would be a bit loose in the turns and braking. Wear wise, better or about the same as the stockers? At 800 miles my rear tire is starting to look like it won't go too much farther and thus far I've been leaning toward the 270's for their longevity even if I'm giving up some offroad traction. If the TrackMasters were in between the two that would be awesome.

Bryant, I'm mostly riding dirt. I feel comfortable with the tires in turns, however heavy rear braking and the rear does slip on the street. These tires are aggresive dirt tires, if I was riding mostly street I would go with the 270's.

RE: Kenda 760's - Track Master II
I have a snail question....
I have changed my front and rear sproket, and along with it I had to change the chain of course. I have been riding with the new chain for about 800 miles or so. I have noticed that the new chain has streiched out alot. Enought so that I removed a link so that the snail setting will not be all the way out. However, now that I did remove a link the snail setting is all the way in. There are two notches before the one and thats where mine is setting. Will there be a change in riding? And Im woundering will a 120/80-10 Dunlop 606 fit with the change in the snail setting. Some help please... thanks all...
