Looks like the Stearns ATV seat cover from WalMart. I picked one up for my quad, and may try it on the KLX for longer rides.

Wow! What a great find for $20 bucks. Anyone try this on their KLX?

I use it and like it. I had on on the KLR that worked very well. For the KLX I used a small self tapping screw to attach the two front straps directly to the bottom of the seat pan. However you attach it , definitely worth the money.

It doesn't seem to soak water, tho I've never left it sit out in the rain. I ride with water resistant gear so I don't get wet with it. Dries quickly. Made for ATV's, so those guys get them muddy.

Tom - are you using it on the stock seat?

I would also like to give the sweet cheeks a try for longer rides.

I thought it was aliiiiitle better than the stock seat, but not amazing by any means.
For $20 though, yea worth it, seems to widen the seat alittle.
Now I have a Seat Concepts foam and cover on it and like it alot.

Yes, it is on the stock seat. It is the best $20 solution around!

Well, I purchased the Coleman seat cover for 17$ at wally world in Seatle. Canadian dollar is strong so i figured since i'm in the US i may aswell splurge...lol..It's installed and looks great. I'll have to see how it feels tomorrow morning. I mounted it further back since i have a wolfman tank bag, it was easy and i was able to use the buckles provided.A great cheap alternative solution for sure.
