Damn that is pretty sweet! You don't see that pretty much anywhere now in the US nowadays though (sigh). Hell, I'd pay to go watch a SM race if they still had it available.
Now looking at it, there's quite a bit of work converting our standard KLX250 into a SM. So yeah, maybe waiting for a SF version or perhaps a DRZ400 SM would be a better alternative since our suspensions, wheels, speedometer are always calibrated from factory.
