OK ... I was thinking while on my bike ride.... answer these questions.... YES or NO
When you put the new battery in was it charged and did it turn the engine over?
If you have the fuel line disconnected, if you open the fuel switch, does fuel come out?

Yes battery new. No I dont think the engine is turning... is spinning but nut turning. All my fuel lines are connected and and fuel switch open... also i have empty the bowl to put new gas...

So with the new battery, the engine was not turning over (piston going up and down), but you could hear other parts turning?

I think the starter & engine is turning. I think you have a carb/fuel issue.
How did you get the head off without disconnecting the fuel?

sounds like 2 problems there

1. your starter has ben damaged by overuse (overheated from running to long)

2. sounds like low to no compression

That's what I'm thinking.... I'm gonna open the left side to check that the starter is engaging and that is working properly...
