Default JT rear sprocket

Three questions for those in the know.....
1. Is thread locker required for the rear sprocket bolts?
2. Are the O.E.M. rearsprocket holes countersunk?
3. Using the original 14T front sprocket, and installing a JT 45T rear, how many links are recommended for the new chain (I bought a 110 link RK chain just in case....better too long than too short)?

Installing the sprocket and replacement chain tonight.

Thanks in advance for any replies.

Answers to my own questions....job complete.
1. No, there is no thread locker on the O.E.M. sprocket bolts, although I used a little "blue stuff" to allow for easier removal if needed in the future.
2. Yes, the O.E.M. sprocket is countersunk, but you can't tell by looking at the bolts when in place.
3. The length required for 14/45 is 108 links. I used a heavy duty chain breaker for removal, and a chain press to install the master link....it sure pays to have the right tools.

Do any of us really know each other? Jay and I talk on IM in the mornings while I'm having a 2nd or 3rd cup of coffee. But he called me today, first time, and it was if we were old friends. I even answered the phone with "what up dog? or something like that. That's just how I roll.... That's what it's all about. It is a smaller world for sure.

Yea....cool thing those Blackberry's. Well, Deej, I must confess. I was so excited, and in a hurry to install the stuff to try it out before nightfall, that I never took any pics. Nice talking with you today, and thanks for the info. I noticed a significant difference off the line and into 2nd gear, which is exactly what I wanted. Took the thing out on the road to see the difference in top end. Good thing these suckers have a 6th gear. I wouldn't have expected such a difference going from the stock 3.00 ratio to the current 3.21. Supposed to be in the mid 50's here this weekend. Looking forward to a few more good rides before the snow flies. Man, I hate winter. I ask myself why I live in the Northeast every year at this time.
