Which X2 do you have specifically? Any issues wiring the light or getting it to aim properly ahead?

Bad News
I was just driving down the road accelerating and I heard really funny noise and the engine just cut out. I shifted back to neutral, tried to start it and then engine wouldn't even turn over. The starter wouldn't turn the engine over but sounded like it was trying too. Not sure what to think. Looked at the sight glass and it still has oil in it. Everything was running so smoothly too.
EDIT: I was hitting the side that has the B&B Restoration sticker on it with a rubber mallet and then hit the starter and the engine turned over. It almost sounded as if it had no compression when it was turning over and then it just locked up again while it was turning over.

you might have siezed it. when it cooled down, it freed up.
Sounds like you need to tear it down and have a look. you can try a compression check first though if you have a guage.
Bummer,,,
could have broken a valve too,,
I wonder if you did the cam mod correctly if it did break a valve.
pull the valve cover and see if everything looks good such as no broken chain and all the cam bolt covers are in place.

Not even sure what to look for. Anything obvious to look for? If I rock the bike back and forth letting the clutch out as I rock it and everything turns over smoothly. Gosh I hope its nothing major after I just spent all this money on the bike.
