My dealer is into performance tuning that is why they have the dyno and equipment - he could care less about making smog approval. I can tell you it now starts instantly even at 28 degrees and runs perfectly

I asked the dealer since the jet he took out was marked .118 he said the Keihin is equal to a dyno .112 so the dynejet .120 is equal to a stock .127.5. He said the test equipment was about $250,000 and the Kawasaki service rep was there at the time - thought he might have bitched on the mods to a 2009 - he was right with the mechanic saying pull the snorkel

They had the carb off and on 4 times - final print out was: main 120, 3rd clip, screw 3 turns. Worth the $ 125.00 I paid for it since there is no shade tree guess work and it is guaranteed

I hope the guarantee includes replacing your cooked piston

J/K. I still don't buy it, I think they got their numbers wrong. There's no way that SO many people on this forum are running 128s and 132s with fantastic results (me included) and you could be running so lean and having good results. You say you're at sea level? What do they defnie as a "perfect" A/F ratio?

I bought the 5 year 100% factory warranty and since the work was done by the dealer if it cooks they fix it. Sure runs great now!!

fit a 46 tooth sprocket. The chain will need to be modified. Dumb ***** the chain needs to be replaced with a longer one!
