Jetting / adjusting for Moab

Jetting / adjusting for Moab
Hey all,
I am going up to Moab, UTin May, and was wondering about possibly needing to rejet or adjust the fuel screw for that altitude. I am currently in Phoenix, which is about 1150', and Moab is about 4000'. The exhaust is stock and I don't have any of the "free" mods done, so it is already running OEM lean. The only performance mod I have done is the 13 tooth front sprocket. Also, I am a relatively new rider, so I won't be doing anything crazy. Will I notice any loss of power or sputtering because of the altitude? Any recommendations or ideas?
Thanks!
Don
P.S. Here's a pic from my last ride a few weeks ago out east of Phoenix.

RE: Jetting / adjusting for Moab
Acutally no because its so rich it'll probally run better, rember the air is thinner thust needing less fuel to burn, so, no you shouldnt have any problems with running at high altitude. as far a i know. however i dont live in a high altitude area but of what i have read the jets are actually leaned out in high altitude to run there best.

Cool!
So if it is running too rich due to thinner air at a higher altitude, removing the snorkel should be enough to help the situation. Makes sense when you put it that way.
Thanks for the answers!
