I would bet you could. I leave mine alone on my annual 2-week CO trip, and I go over 12,000 and 13000 foot passes all the time. My KLX is now a 300 with a full Muzzy exhaust, open airbox, 128 main, DJ needle and kit, needle in 3rd clip from top, 35 pilot, and Kouba air/fuel screw. I didn't even have to putz with the Kouba screw while there.



I was hoping you would say that. I am excited, got my jet kit today and the pipe is suppose to be here tomorrow.

by the way, OEM#38 is the pilot in many cases, what is corresponding number in DJ?

im on clip position 4, 128 main and have full exhaust and lid removed and 243 ft SL. It runs perfect at start up and thru the entire range. I never tried clip position 3 as recommended in the instructions as i was looking at the pic thats shows 4. Not sure what the difference would be or if i should move it to 3.
