found a lot of good info in this thread so I'll revive it. I recently rejetted with the N1TC needle (2nd from top). Drilled slide, #122 Main, #40 Pilot and about 2.25 turns on the pilot screw. I experimented with the snorkle pulled and with the top of the airbox off. The bike seemed to run best with just the snorkle pulled. With the top off the bike would sputter a little over 7500rpm at WOT which I figure means it might have been a little lean on the main. Top on, it runs fine. The next day I rode the bike on some killer singletrack and it grunted its way to the top of every hill without trouble (running 13T also). Bike now runs as it should have from day one!

Bought a bunch of jets from jetsrus.com. They were quick to ship had the sizes I ordered unlike my Kawi dealer and I got all the jets that I wanted and none I didn't.

Thanks for the link! better prices on the jets than cheap cycle parts
