I would pay the extra for a bike 3 years newer and only 600 miles on it.

I don't think either is really a bad choice. I just told him I would do some searching and see what else I could find within a couple hundred miles of us. The 06 is older and has more miles but I would still trust it. Its more in the price range he wants to spend and at least has some mods done as it has an FMF on it. Plus they may be willing to take a little less.

Take the bike, you not going to regret. I spent lot of time to find my bike.the price is good im thinking. i paid $2160 ( he wanted 2500, but i couldn't give him that ) and it has 1,5k miles 07 year. and also a spent 8 h on the way to pick up , and another 8 h to back home. and i the happiest person on the world, because i have my KLX

I don't think you will do any better. Try the cash @ $3300. If he is tired of messing with the whole selling thing, he will bite. If he really doesn't care about selling, you may have to cough up the $3500. Either way you are a winner.

We struck a deal and the bike was purchased! I feel good about the purchase........it's gonna be 60 here tomorrow"...........let's go!
