It's Jetting time again. "Advice please"

Dynojet & Keihin jet nomenclature are different. I have seen a table that shows a DJ132 = Keihin 142 which is huge for your set up hence the flatspot on acceleration. BTW DJ128 = Keihin 138 which is what I run. The table I'm referring to is on a site called jets-r-us

This is what distracted me. You can see the KW difference between the AU and the others and the same for the main jet. New Zealand gets the CA Spec. It's from the 09 KLX250s Manual.
I never realised the DJ jets were different to the Keihin.
Again thanks, looks like I'll be back on the tools this morning.

A 132 dyno jet is way bigger than a 132 kawi jet. I used to have a conversion sheet laying around ( if you search I am sure you can find it ).
A 132 kawi ( or keihan ) jet is equivalent to a about a 124 dyno jet.
-EDIT Dammit, I was a little late

Remember, dyno jets and kawi jets are not the same.

YAY.... another jetting thread with the same info that has been covered a million times over..... LOL.
Plus what works for one person may not work for you. So you WILL have to play with your jetting a bit. If you would rather not. Take it to a shop. I like working on my bikes.

P.S Here's the reply from Dynojet for anyone interested.
"The Dynojet main jets and the Keihin main jets are sized the same, we both use hole size in mm. a DJ128 has a 1.28mm hole same as the Keihin 128 main jet. The main difference is the tapper leading to and from the hole. The tip of the needles has a large affect on the main jet size. I have had customers in Australia use the Stage 2 setting with the snorkel removed with good results.

Let me know if I can be of any further assistance."

Thank You!

P.S.S.
Bike is awesome mid-high, not so great down low. Banged off another email to Dynojet who came back suggesting lifting the needle to 4th notch. Did that today & did a 30 klm gravel run. Wow different bike. Heapes more power down low, really happy with results.
