Have you ever given a thought to perhaps cutting back a little on the caffeine each day?
I mean we have seen pictures of the coffee pot you are emptying each day . . . . . .
don't you think that might just be a little on say the excessive side ? ? ?
Perhaps a few less cups each day might help you ease down just a degree or 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 !
