I too am interested in this topic, as I intend adding a fair bit of weight to my ride (heavier panniers, fuel containers, engine guards etc)
I'm generally happy with the stock power (EFI) but some more ponies would be welcome, sometimes

351 big bore kit
Do you have a link to where i could get product and purchase info? this would be very helpful.
The vibration wont be such a problem as most of ride time will be in the dirt,
I have also added FMF power bomb header pipe and power core4 slipon

Kustom Kraft 331cc bored and nikasil plated https://www.kustom-kraft.com/big-bore-kits
Bill Blue 331 and 351cc bored and sleeved Home Page
Chinese AHL 299 kit (actually 292cc Rancine copy)
There is a guy on here that sold his remaining 331cc kits but still has a discounted 308 kit deeply discounted. Actual 308cc and not 292cc like a KLX 300.
You can still buy OEM Kawasaki KLX 300 (292cc) cylinder, piston etc from Kawasaki.

The AHL 299 kit is plated too. That was pointed out in their questions on Amazon. The BB 351 has to use a liner, I believe, because it actually takes out part of the cylinder to the point of being a wet liner. That has been a point of question for some, because it reduces the coolant volume in the cylinder. From some who run the 351 in warmer climates, it isn't a problem though.
