Check out the Carb Mods @ klxforum.suncup.net. Mooredan has some great pics. Print out the info and pics to make sure you get the pieces back together in the right order. If you feel compelled to "clean" the carb, don't use Carb Cleaner. it's a costly mistake you make only once. Carb Cleaner swells the rubber and plastic, you'll be looking at replacing the whole slide/diaphram and float bowl if you do. Use only Brake Cleaner.
