Well, I'll admit that I've always done it by bring off the beads from the same side with the removal of the tube in the middle step. The process they show here is way easier. Their install process is the best I've seen too. Thanks for the link.

Huh.. Usually once I pop one side off, I pop the other side OFF the rim, not over like the previous side.. Like what TNC is saying.. Looks pretty easy this way though, then the whole tire pops right off.. Will definitely try that way next time! Thanks for link!

I guess I have changed one too many automotive tires to figure out that I need to pop the beads outwards. Next time when I do my tires, hopefully it won't be a 2hr battle struggle of brute strength.
