i'm thinking of taking a stock one set casting it in a brick of lexan or derlin or some thing and milling it to fit but if the guys from t.m. are anywhere they can hear me get something made for this bike!!

I can get that part made and probably at a fairly decent price, definitely under the $30+ I saw on-line, but I hate to step on someone else's toes on this.

It could be done with aluminum or steel very accurately, 1/2" would probably be a good thickness for aluminum, 1/4" for steel, but I'd need to take some measurements to do the CAD work to get a price and have it made.

Please do it! We tried to get Dan to make some up, but he wouldn't bite.

Now I feel bad I let the forum down.. LOL
I'd love to get a good billet pc designed and made up but with my busy family, I don't see it happening anytime soon. From klx678's track record with the tensioner, it looks like he already has the means to make something like this happen. Now if it happened to be my toes you didn't want to step on, I say, no worries mate, and git-r-done.
Add a case saver to your catalog.

Is the case saver thing you guys are talkin about that metal strip that is black and kind of wraps around the CS sprocket?

If so why dont you use the stock one? After I removed the CS sprocket cover (to go faster because I am slow, you know) I put the stock black metal protector thingy back on with the bolts/spacers that held the cover on.

Or are you guys building even faster case saver things?
