Idle Problems, think I know the answer?

hey guys,

i've just tried to see if my 250 has one and i can't seem to find what you guys have displayed. Would this mean that mine has come off?

Check your cap for the smog stuff too. I tapped mine and plugged it with a bolt.
Yah I took a look at that one after I realized my carb cap had rotted away. The fresh air injection plate rubber cap is still on there ok but could probably use a new cap since it's been a few years. I may just get the BB blocking plate to avoid that issue all together.

More likely that your Aussie bike never had it. The fitting on the carb that we have plugged used to be connected to the smog hose system on the bikes sold here in the US. It seems like the Australian bikes didn't have as much unnecessary crap, and better bits. WestOz is always rubbing that in
