There is a diagnostic port in my 2018 under the seat. You short the wire to the frame and turn the key on. It gives a blink code on the dash. I'll see what I can find and post it up.

An update.

Put the bike back together yesterday and put fresh fuel in, it started straight away but after a few minutes(and a spin up the road and back) it started miss-firing and stopped(It did seem to have more power to it, i`m sure down to the fresh fuel)

This morning i fitted another (Iridium)spark plug (a little used one of the same type/grade out of my old bike) and all is well!!! No miss-fire or stopping after a few minutes of ticking over either.

I did put the old fuel into my MZ Mastiff (Yamaha 660 twin CARB engine) which had a nearly empty tank, and that started and ran ok on.
