I took my KLX for a ride...
to California,
I am in Stockton headed for Borrego Springs and other places. I will post some pics when I get a chance to take some. Mostly I have been driving like a banshee. I have a great wife.

Sorry punkenduro I have a carrier on the back of my Xterra, other wise I would love to come and get you. I am sleeping in the back of the truck on the way. Dirtbagging it as usual
I am in Palm springs right now and tomorrow I will get to Borrego springs, I only have a couple of days to play around I have to head back on Thursday morning. I am heading back up through Arizona, Utah, Montana if there is not too many snow storms. I have to head back on wednesday night.
I will try to take some pics.

This trip started with the obligatory coffee stop.
I didn't take another picture until I got to the Palm Springs area.
Where it promptly started pouring rain.
I grabbed a hotel and spent the rest of the day and the next day checking out Palm springs. Interesting.
That's all I got so say about that.
The next day arose with blue sky and sun so I headed off to Borrego Springs and Ocotillo Wells.
Lots of space to beat the KLX.
I quickly grabbed the first available camping spot and got my stuff spread all over the place.
After three days of driving and sleeping in my truck it needed a good airing out. I threw on my riding gear and flashed up the bike and went for a cruise to get the lay of the land.
I ripped along through washes up big hills and generally found my inner hooligan.
I rode for about an hour or so and then started a loop back to the truck.
70,000 acres of gravel pit all to my self!!
